Please call or text (502) 882-0549 and give me your name, number and email. I will then send you a link to the client portal so that you can get started on the intake paperwork. I use a HIPAA-compliant, confidential Electronic Health Records platform called SimplePractice. Once everything is complete in SimplePractice, I will then verify insurance (if using), and we will be ready to schedule.

A typical psychotherapy session is 55 minutes, give or take 5 minutes. I do my best to start the session at the top of the hour on time. The session will end 5 minutes before the next hour regardless of your arrival time, so please try to be at your appointment on time.

Yes! I use a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted secure video platform provided by SimplePractice which meets all federal guidelines. With that said, you'll want to make sure you are in a private area, away from others, to keep the session confidential. I recommend using a sound machine outside of your room and hanging a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

I am happy to complete an ESA letter or a FMLA paperwork for my existing clients. I charge a flat rate of $50 for both of these services.

Accepted Insurance:
Anthem/BCBS, AmBetter, Humana Medicaid, Passport, WellCare
Private Pay:
Psychotherapy (including EMDR): $175 intake session; $150 all follow-up sessions
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy:
Preparation, Dosing and Integration sessions are all billed at the rate of $150/hr. Dosing session will be prepaid to hold spot at $450.
