My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I offer holistic and individualized approach that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and liberation-centered. I utilize systemic awareness and honor differences. I am a fierce advocate for rest, consistent self-care for the mind and body, and bodily autonomy.

I believe that the foundation of successful treatment in therapy is the relationship built between the therapist and client. I also believe in the divine order of things and that you were directed to my website for a reason.

You are courageous for seeking out therapy, because sharing your inner world can be the scariest, most vulnerable thing you can ever do, especially to a stranger! If you are struggling with your mental health, I want to offer hope that things can and do get better.
