I offer individualized and holistic psychotherapy for anyone struggling with life’s challenges. We begin by understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer an inclusive and safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule.

My individual sessions are available for anyone over the age of 18. I do not currently offer couples therapy but will be happy to make a referral. Please know that most insurance companies will not cover couples therapy.

Individual sessions can be arranged either as in-person or telehealth. Please see below for more information.

  • This is your traditional therapy session where you will meet with me one-on-one in an office setting. The space will be comfortable and secure, away from outside noises and any distractions. My office is in a convenient location off Hurstbourne Parkway in Jeffersontown, KY.

  • In this setting, you will meet with me one-on-one via a laptop or a phone through a HIPAA-compliant secure platform.  Most insurance plans cover telehealth services, but you will want to check with your plan administrator before your first appointment. Please note that you must reside in the state of Kentucky to receive this service and you must not be in your vehicle driving.

Insurance Accepted

I currently accept Anthem/BCBS; AmBetter; Humana Medicaid; and Molina Passport.

You may also choose to forego using your insurance and self-pay for your sessions. Self-pay rates are $175 for the initial intake session and $150 for all follow-up 55-minute sessions. I am also happy to provide a superbill for any out-of-network insurance plans. 

Payments Accepted

I accept cash, check, debit and credit cards.  You may use your HSA/FSA card, but you will be asked to keep an alternate form of payment on file in case of insufficient funds.  Please note there is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
